You have 30 days from the delivery date to return eligible items.

We stand behind the quality of our BoxItaly brand and want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please review our return policy below:

Change of Mind / "Not for Me"

  • Unopened and unused (within 30 days): full refund within 30 days (no fees, excluding return shipping).
  • Opened and used (within 30 days): refund subject to a 10% restocking fee plus return shipping costs.

Exceptions

  • Device returns after 30 days will not be accepted, unless covered under warranty.
  • Devices damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper storage are not eligible for a refund.

Promotions and Free Gifts

If your purchase included one or more promotional free gifts, these must be returned along with the product to receive a full refund. If the free gift is not returned, its value will be deducted from the refund.

Items purchased during certain promotions (such as gift-with-purchase offers) may be considered final sale.

This will guide you through a series of questions about your return and help you send back the device or exchange it for another one.

Contact us with any questions about the return process or if you need assistance. Our customer service team is available Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (PST).

Refund Process

For devices, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an exchange. If the returned product is not exchanged, a 10% restocking fee will apply.

Return shipping costs are also the responsibility of the customer for all eligible skincare and supplement products.

Once the return is received and inspected, we will process the refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Please note: we are unable to issue refunds after 90 days due to credit card processor limitations.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, we sincerely apologize. You can use the same return system described above to initiate a replacement for damage or warranty purposes.

You can make an exchange using our return system, accessible from the contact page on our website. See the "Return Process" section above.

Return Processing Times (Domestic and International)

For customers outside the contiguous United States, return shipping cannot be handled online at this time and is the responsibility of the customer.

Our goal is to process returns within 14 days of receiving the package.

Responsibility for returned items remains with you until they reach our returns center — please pack them securely and keep proof of shipment. If returned items are found to be used or damaged, we reserve the right to refuse the refund. If any received free gifts are not returned, their value will be deducted from the refund.

Want to Cancel or Modify Your Order?

We will do our best to accommodate cancellation or modification requests. However, this may not always be possible as our warehouse processes orders quickly. We strongly recommend reviewing your order carefully before confirming.

Taxes

Sales tax will be applied to the merchandise total where applicable. Taxes are calculated based on the shipping destination.
